What Does the Coaching Process Look Like?

To begin your life coaching journey, I like to schedule an initial phone call for a free 15-minute consultation.  In this phone call, we will ask each other some questions so we can get to know each other, have an understanding of what the sessions may look like, some goals that you are looking to achieve right now that you know of, as well as ensure that we will be a good fit.  We will then schedule our first meeting together, which is typically a 1-hour discovery session that will leave you feeling excited, motivated and inspired!

What is in the Discovery Session?

 

The discovery session will be a lot of questions regarding your life, including how you grew up, your family, relationships, work, education, health and so on, so that I can get a better picture of your life and where you are going to go from here.  We will discover so much about you and what your life currently looks like, and where you want to see it go.  We will learn what your strengths and weaknesses are, your passions, fears, what you like and what you don’t like, as well as getting creative together with different materials.  This exciting session will have you motivated to kick-start your life and be the best version of yourself.  We will also go over the consent form that you filled out in this session.  After this session, we will have an idea of your plan and what your life coaching journey will entail and set up our follow-up session.

How Many Follow-Up Sessions Do I Need?

Good question!  Truthfully, it depends.  Everyone is unique, so some clients may need more or fewer sessions than others, depending on your goals.  I can make a recommendation on the amount of sessions during our intake session, but we will work together to create a plan that is sustainable and realistic for you. Typically, the standard amount of sessions can range between 5-8 sessions, but again, we can work on this for more or less, depending on what works best for you.

I am ready to help you get out of your comfort zone, set goals, and achieve those goals like a boss.  I believe in you, and you will, too.  Your journey is important to me, and I will be there throughout the coaching process to cheer you on and help keep you accountable.  I will provide you with homework at our sessions, so that you can keep on track and continue to grow in between our sessions.  Are you ready to begin your Life Coaching journey and achieve your goals?  Then let’s take action, get motivated, and get empowered.
